The General Manager leads the team on delivering an elevated guest experience within the bakery.

Leadership Attributes:

Qualifications:
3-5 years of managerial/leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service and/or retail industries Bachelor's Degree in business or hospitality management, preferred Ability to work in multiple regional locations Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead Able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds BENEFITS & PERKS Flexible work schedule Free non-slip shoes (annually!)
